Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or broken during transit.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
• The product has amanufacturing or quality defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used, worn or altered.
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use.
• Products without their original packaging.
• Products returned without prior approval from Hirayaa.
• Products purchased during a sale, clearance or special promotional offer, unless the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Products where the customer has changed their mind after delivery.

Please note:Natural crystals and gemstones may naturally vary in colour, texture, shape, inclusions and patterns. Such natural variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, please contact uswithin 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

1. Your Order ID
2. Clear photographs of the product
3. Photographs of the packaging received
4. A short video showing the product and packaging, wherever possible

This helps us assess the issue and process your request quickly.

Submit a return request online — upload your photos and video and track its status.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine whether the product qualifies for a return or replacement.

Please do not ship any product back to us unless the return has been approved by Hirayaa.

If approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Where the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, Hirayaa may offer:

• A replacement of the same product, subject to availability; or
• A refund, where replacement is not possible.

Replacement products are subject to availability.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved.

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment methodused for the order.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged product being delivered.

We currently do not offer exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind about a product, colour, size or design.

Exchanges may be considered only where the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to our verification.

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is receivedbefore the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

If the return is due to a product being damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped by Hirayaa, the applicable return shipping cost will be borne by Hirayaa, subject to prior approval.

For all other circumstances, Hirayaa is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Hirayaa products are made using natural crystals, gemstones and other natural materials.

Because these are natural products, no two pieces may look exactly alike. Differences in colour, size, patterns, inclusions, texture and natural markings are normal and are part of the unique character of each crystal.

These natural variations should not be considered defects.
